• We offer free shipping for orders $99 and over to all locations across Australia, including free tracking and freight insurance. For all orders under $99, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of $14.99. We proudly partner with Australia Post and other leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery to your door.

When will my item ship?

Typically items in stock leave our Australian warehouse within 1 - 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. As soon as your product is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. 

Typical delivery times once dispatched:

• 1-3 days for Capital Cities and Suburbs
• 2-5 days for Regional Australia

Do I need to be home when my purchase arrives?

• Our products require a signature on delivery. In the event you are not home when your product arrives, it will be taken to your local post office. An office address can be an ideal solution for those who work business hours.
