At Detectors Direct, we stand behind all of our products and offer a hassle-free 30 day return policy.
All refunds, store credits or exchanges will be to the full value of the original purchase.
There are just a few criteria that need to be met in order for us to complete the refund, as listed below:
- You must email us at info@detectorsdirect.com.au to explain the reason for return and to obtain a return address.
- Ensure all original parts, accessories and original packaging are returned in an "As New" condition, suitable for resale.
- "As New" condition means the product has no visible signs of use or wear and tear.
- Your returned item must be sent with tracking and insurance, with the cost borne by the customer.
- If the product is returned due to being defective or faulty, approved warranty claims will have shipping fully reimbursed.
- If an item(s) are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to use or miss handling then it will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
Eligible refunds will be promptly paid to the credit card or payment method originally used in your purchase. Most of the time refunds enter your account instantly, however in some cases it can take 3-5 business days to clear. If you haven't received your refund within this period then please email us on the email address below.
Please note that delivery fees are non - refundable for change of mind returns.
In the case where an item has free shipping, where we have covered the cost of freight, that amount will be deducted from any change of mind refunds.
