Where do you deliver?
- We partner with manufacturers and suppliers across the country to provide quality metal detectors Australia-wide.
How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free shipping for orders $99 and over to all locations across Australia, including free tracking and freight insurance. For all orders under $99, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of $14.99. We proudly partner with Australia Post and other leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery to your door.
When will my item ship?
Typically items in stock leave our Australian warehouse within 1 - 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. As soon as your product is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.
Typical delivery times once dispatched:
- 1-3 days for Capital Cities and Suburbs
- 2-5 days for Regional Australia
Do I need to be home when my purchase arrives?
Our products require a signature on delivery. In the event you are not home when your product arrives, it will be taken to your local post office. An office address can be an ideal solution for those who work business hours.
What happens if my item is lost in transit?
If an item has been lost by the delivery carrier and is not marked as delivered then we will first launch an investigation with the carrier. If they are able to trace the parcel then we will have it re-delivered to you ASAP. If they for some reason can not locate it, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you ASAP at no extra cost to you.
Please note that we take no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been recorded by the delivery carrier as "Delivered". While we are always here and happy to assist, should a "Delivered" order be lost or stolen from your property then unfortunately it is out of our control and we are not liable to replace or refund the item.
