  • Can I find gold nuggets with this unit?

    Hi,
    The Teknetics Gamma 600 metal detector is more of a general purpose treasure hunting detector.  While any metal detector can find gold in theory,  only machines that are designed for gold detecting can cut through the high mineralisation of gold bearing ground. 

    I would look at the Teknetics G2+. It is currently out of stock but more are on the water from America and we're expecting them in about a weeks time.

  • Is this detector pulse induction type ?

    Hi,

    This detector is a VLF metal detector. So it can be used to find coins, relics, jewellery,  gold and can also be used on the beach. PI machines are mainly used for gold only.
