Sito Sand Scoops make target recovery quick and easy when you are metal detecting on the beach.

Sito sand scoops are by far the most popular sand scoop in Australia. Made with premium grade stainless steel, their quality and strength are second to none.

Designed with a pointed tip to easily dig into dense, shell packed sand and laser cut circular holes that allow small targets to be recovered, while letting the sand fall out. Even wet sand falls out easily with a bit of shake, leaving only your target behind.

Unlike many scoops on the market, Sito scoops have a flat back plate so you can push down with your foot which makes digging your target so much easier. Designed to fit a standard size shovel handle, available at any hardware store, they can easily be fixed in with a stainless steel screw.

Having your scoop on a handle means that you don't have to bend or kneel to dig your target and also means your arms remain dry when digging in water. Just scoop the sand, shake the scoop and retrieve your target. Sito sand scoops are the ultimate beach metal detecting recovery tool.

Using a sand scoop when detecting also means that you don't need a pinpointer when beach detecting. Just scoop where your target is, once you have scooped, swing your detector over the hole, if it doesn't make a sound then your target is in your scoop. So easy.
