With built in preset settings, your child can simply turn the detector on, select their preferred mode and start looking for treasure.  Of course these models are excellent for adults as well and are a great choice if you are wanting a detector the whole family can use.

Not all metal detectors can handle the high mineralisation found on beaches. This is something Quest have put a lot of thought into and all their detectors are suitable for beach detecting.
